As specialists within the Advertising Technology category, we combine strategy with hands-on development to solve hard problems and accelerate revenue growth for publishers, platforms, brands and agencies. We act as an extension of product and engineering teams to help build great products, operationalize them, and bring them to market.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to organize, manage, schedule, and coordinate client engagements involving multiple client constituents and a global MadTech project team of consultants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from home using tools like Zoom, Slack, and Asana, and capable of balancing the coordination of multiple project across the business
As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
- Coordinate internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Compile and distribute project updates and analysis on a regular and quarterly basis
- Capabile of aligning project scopes, and business requirements with project plans and project engagement deliverables.
- Managing project pricing, time sheets, scoping and other related project details.
- Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of program management, computer science, or engineering for technical project managers
- 1-3 years of experience using project management software, ideally 1-2 years of Asana.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a project administrator in the advertising technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in managing software development projects in adtech
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Asana, Google product suite, Slack, Zoom.
