Director of Marketing
Location: North East, 100% remote, some travel required
Reports To: President
MadTech seeks a detail-oriented and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and execute marketing initiatives that amplify brand awareness and drive growth for both MadConnect and MadTech. This role is instrumental in shaping our narrative, scaling our marketing efforts, and positioning us as a leader in the AdTech and MarTech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Work directly with the President to ensure marketing initiatives align strategically with company goals and vision.
- Brand Amplification: Develop and execute strategies to enhance awareness and positioning for MadConnect and MadTech.
- Email Marketing: Own and manage campaigns to engage prospects and clients, driving retention and lead generation.
- Social Media: Oversee all social channels, creating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
- Sales Enablement: Develop impactful sales collateral, including one-sheets, decks, and case studies, to support the sales team.
- Event Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team on planning and executing industry events, including Advertising Week activations and Blowout Bars, ensuring flawless execution and ROI.
- Sponsorship Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with sponsors and partners to expand our network and event capabilities.
- Public Relations: Collaborate closely with the PR team to help with the execution of key marketing tactics
- Marketing Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize performance.
- Budget Management: Work with finance to manage the marketing budget
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech industries.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on executing and delivering initiatives on time and on budget
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, social media channels, and events.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing toolset
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
